ABSTRACTS

Practical information to our poster presenters

Your poster should be presented in portrait format with a maximum size of A0 (841 x 1188 mm) and the presentation language is English. Please note that the conference will not accept any printing costs for the posters.

Tuesday April 16th between 10  – 12 PM  you are welcome to mount your poster in the exhibition area and register for the conference. Your poster number will be sent separately.
It is desirable that the poster is available throughout the conference.

During the conference there will be two poster sessions arranged including poster walks.
We advise you to prepare a 2-minute oral presentation of your poster, which will be followed by 1 minute for questions. A moderator will lead each poster walk. Information regarding time and meeting place for your specific poster walk will be sent later to all submitters.

The sessions will be arranged:
Tuesday 16 April 14:50 – 15:50 and Wednesday 17 April 14:30 – 15:30

Practical information to our oral presenters

Your talk is scheduled for eight (8) minutes and two (2) minutes for questions after your presentation has finished. Each session will be led by a moderator who will organize the questions during the session. Since the schedule is compressed, it is important that all speakers respect the time slots.

Please bring your presentation as a PDF or power-point file on an empty memory stick to the conference. For those of you presenting April 16th, we would like your presentation to be uploaded to the conference computer not later than 12:15 the same day.

For those of you presenting at April 17th and April 18th, we would like your presentation to be uploaded to the conference computer the day before your talk its scheduled. This can be done in one of the coffee breaks or at the end of each conference day.
